The Main Library has 573 reading seats, several group study rooms, a multimedia room, private reading rooms, a browsing corner and a lounge where computer terminals are provided for information retrieval through the network. The medical library has 136 reading seats and personal computers for information access and study space. Valuable information concerning medicine and science is provided for independent study. As the academic information center of the University, the Library has introduced a Digital Library system and the Institutional Repository System in cooperation with the Computer and Network Center, and supplies a vast amount of data through the nationwide Academic Information Network.
